Returns Policy

You can return an item, within 14 days from receipt for an exchange. The item must still have any tags attached and be unworn. 

Exclusions: 

• Lingerie cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless item is faulty or the wrong size was sent to you.
• All items wanting to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, not damaged and still with original tags attached 

Unless the items is faulty or we made a mistake, you will need to cover the cost of the return postage.
